As part of this quality assurance process, we procure premium quality Alloy Steels, Bearings and Castings from the most reliable vendors. We have our own in-house testing instrument that checks all the products for any kind of production flaws or discrepancies. The products that we procure from other companies and those we import are cross-checked before the final delivery.

Our Advantage

Worm:-
Worm shaft is made from High grade Alloy steel (8620) which is cut on Thread milling machine as per requirement, then it is Case hardened and Thread Profile Grounded on Matrix Thread Grinding machine for longer life.

Worm Wheel:-
Worm wheel teeth are cut on Hobbing Machine as per requirement. Worm Wheels are made of Phosphor Bronze (PB-2)and casted on Graded cast iron hubs.

Gear Housing:-
It is made of close grain Cast Iron.

Oil Seals:-
Best Quality oil seals are used to ensure leak free gearbox.

Bearings:-
Speed reducers are fitted with Tapper Rolling Bearings.
